Generic Alignathon Package README.txt

This directory structure is used by the alignathon
analysis package to evaluate predicted alignments.

..  truths/

The only directory that a user should edit or make
any changes to is the 'predictions' directory. Place
all predicted .maf files inside of this directory.
Make no other changes.
